Description: DSSA AZ / Special Devices, Incorporated Inflator Manufacturing Facility, Phase I. Pre-construction and construction services provided site and infrastructure upgrades. Subsequently, a 63,804sf tilt up concrete building comprised of 30,073sf allocated for production and 33,731sf designed for the spine, warehouse and administrative functions was erected in four parts, together with three outlying 2,400sf pre-engineered magazine buildings to house materials for the manufacture of airbag inflator components.
