ISB Café Drain System Redesign
& Interior Renovation

In this café renovation BGI transformed a busy office break area into a fresh, functional space. Work began with the careful demolition of the existing interior while keeping the surrounding offices fully operational. Behind the scenes, piping was rerouted to correct drain slopes and bring everything up to code.

With the infrastructure updated, appliances were strategically relocated to enhance the kitchen’s flow, improve accessibility for maintenance, and create a more welcoming look for daily use. New mechanical and electrical systems were installed to support the refreshed layout, and every surface received upgraded finishes for a polished, modern feel.
All countertops and cabinetry were custom-fabricated and installed by BGI, adding both craftsmanship and durability to the space. The result: a brighter, more efficient café ready to serve employees and guests alike.
