Job Description: Ability to maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and colleagues. Ability to coordinate and oversee construction projects from contract award to completion. Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects while meeting time and cost obligations for each job. Proficient in MS software and understand project delivery and documentation. Able to work 40+ hr/wk and hold a driver’s license. Be willing to travel to various job sites and meetings. Company truck provided for business travel.
Required Qualifications: High School diploma required or equivalent and 3 years’ relevant Construction Manager experience.

This role oversees scheduling, procurement, contracts, and client relations while ensuring all progress aligns strictly with safety, quality, and budget goals.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience managing commercial construction projects with expertise in accurate project estimating, budget control, contract management and risk mitigation. Deep knowledge of construction delivery methods, with specific experience in JOC highly preferred. Proficiency with industry-standard project management software platforms with ProjectSite experience highly favored. Skilled at CPM scheduling using MS Project or Primavera P6. Master of Bluebeam Revu for takeoffs and document management alongside advanced MS Excel skills. A self-starter and independent worker able to drive project goals while fostering collaboration between subcontractors, owners, and internal teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both verbal and written.

Superintendent

Job Description: The Superintendent is the primary point of contact on-site, and responsible for overall project success. They are charged with managing daily execution, safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontract management to ensure the project is completed in struct compliance with project documents.
Required Qualifications: Experience and knowledge in supervising commercial building construction. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety practices. Tech-competence, familiar with Office 365 and MS Project. Experience with construction management project software, specifically ProjectSite, is a plus.

Journeyman Carpenter

Job Description: Perform skilled carpentry duties with minimal supervision, read blueprints, and hand the layout, framing, and finishing phases of commercial builds. Installation and repairing doors, hardware, drywall and framework, erecting structural components, scaffolding and interior trim. Working with other trades to ensure compliance with commercial building codes and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications: Hands-on commercial or industrial carpentry experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, have OSHA certification, and the physical stamina to work in commercial construction settings. Expert use of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install metal studs, drywall, acoustical ceilings and concrete forms. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform rigorous tasks. Ability to troubleshoot errors on-the-fly.
