BGI completed this renovation of a 2,144 SF second-floor office space to include seven offices, a conference room, kitchen area, and print station. The scope included replacing an 8’ roll-up door with a low-E storefront glazing system, along with upgrades to all finishes—flooring, paint, cabinetry, lighting, and doors. Mechanical and electrical systems were also modified to support the new layout and use.
