To meet USP 797 standards and prepare for future USP 800 requirements, this pharmacy renovation at Honor Health Cancer Care Center reconfigured a single treatment room into two separate spaces: a dedicated medication prep room and a C-SCA (mixing) room. The work included installing new equipment and modifying structural elements, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, power, and communication systems. Updated finishes throughout brought the space up to code while supporting safe and efficient pharmaceutical operations.
