This 5,760 SF build-out added valuable space to an active 28,985 SF Banner Medical Group Chandler Health Center serving Family Medicine and Pediatrics. Working within the occupied facility, our team carefully coordinated construction to minimize disruption to ongoing patient care. Updates included new flooring and base, custom casework with integrated plumbing fixtures, and paint finishes designed to blend seamlessly with the existing interiors. The result is a refreshed, functional space that feels like a natural extension of the clinic’s environment.
