Cath Lab Replacement

This project transformed a vacant Cath Lab at Banner Baywood Medical Center into a fully functioning space with all required ancillary services. Work included selective interior demolition, updated architectural finishes, and upgrades to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. To minimize disruptions and maintain efficiency, the project was carefully executed in two phases—first demolition, then new construction—resulting in a modernized, fully equipped Cath Lab ready for use.
