This 2,300 SF shell space at Del E Webb Medical Center was thoughtfully planned to support future Nuclear Medicine equipment and infrastructure, with careful attention to maintaining access and operational flow for the MCP department. BGI revitalized an outdated Cath Lab area, bringing it up to code while enhancing overall efficiency and functionality.  The project included installation of a new XCT unit, along with construction of a control room, hot lab, and office support space. Above-ceiling cleanup revealed layers of old structural steel and MPE systems, which BGI removed to make way for new HVAC units, updated distribution, and upgraded controls, all designed to meet Banner Health’s standards and modern code requirements.
