Medical Ctr Flooring Replacement

This was a large-scale flooring upgrade covering over 100,000 SF at Del E Webb Medical Center, and BGI made it happen with minimal disruption. The project was completed in multiple phases and included removal of the old flooring, grinding surfaces as needed, and installation of a mix of vinyl plank, Nora, and carpet throughout four floors of the hospital. BGI managed every detail, from full-time supervision and infection control to furniture and equipment removal and reset. Work also included drywall patching, painting, and miscellaneous electrical to ensure a clean, complete finish.
