EnVision Center / Resiliency Hub

This 19,140 SF remodel transformed a two-story commercial building into a vibrant hub for community support. The reimagined space includes mezzanine offices, classrooms for workforce training, areas for cooking and parenting classes, computer banks for public use, and even a temporary cooling shelter—all designed to serve a wide range of social services.

Exterior upgrades focused on accessibility and efficiency, with ADA improvements, stucco and tile repairs, a new roof with added insulation, and insulated storefront windows and doors to boost energy performance.  Inside, the demo and build back included ADA-compliant restrooms and shower rooms, new office space, and fresh finishes throughout. Updated mechanical and electrical systems rounded out this revitalization, making the facility more welcoming, functional, and sustainable for the future.
