Expansion and TI

This remodel project transformed a former yoga studio into 4,934 SF of modern office space. The scope included interior demolition, a new floor plan layout, upgraded finishes throughout, a kitchen area, and conference room with custom conference table built by BGI. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were reconfigured to support the new layout.
