Historic Eisendrath House
Restoration/Preservation
This 5,500 SF restoration of the 1930s pueblo-style Eisendrath House was all about preserving character while protecting the structure for the future. BGI’s work included replacing the bedroom’s plaster ceiling, repairing original doors, windows, timbers, and faux lintels, and sealing rodent penetrations. We also waterproofed planters, added new flagstone seating, relocated nearby plants, and refinished hand railings—all with great care to honor the building’s historic charm.
