Historic Eisendrath House
Stucco Refurbishment
This project involved restoring the exterior adobe and stucco walls of the historic 1930s pueblo-style Eisendrath House. BGI removed damaged stucco, repaired or replaced compromised adobe block behind it, then applied a new brown coat and stucco scratch coat for a durable, long-lasting finish. We prepped and painted all exterior wood doors and window frames and caulked around the windows to ensure a weather-tight seal. Interior work included drywall repairs and painting where needed due to the exterior restoration.
