Tenant Improvement

This two-phase project transformed a former buffet restaurant into a modern office environment. Phase 1 included a 5,060 SF tenant improvement featuring new finishes, furnishings, and a reconfigured office layout. Phase 2 added another 5,000 SF of improvements, including demolition of the commercial kitchen and construction of new offices, meeting rooms, storage, a staff lounge, new 10-ton HVAC system, and brought natural light into the lounge by cutting three new windows with structural steel bracing and shoring.
