Inflator Manufacturing Facility
Phase I

Through a Design/Build approach, we completed a major facility expansion that combined site and infrastructure upgrades with a new tilt-up concrete building. The 30,073 SF production area was designed specifically for the manufacture of airbag inflator and ignitor components, while in Phase II an additional 33,731 SF was allocated to warehouse, spine, and administrative functions. The result is a highly functional facility that integrates specialized production requirements with efficient support and operational space, built to serve the customer’s long-term manufacturing needs.
