Inflator Manufacturing Facility
Phase II

In Phase II of this Design/Build effort, our team delivered site and infrastructure upgrades along with a new 33,731 SF tilt-up concrete building tailored for the manufacture of airbag inflator and ignitor components. The facility incorporates a secure entrance, central spine, and elevator for efficient circulation, while also providing multiple loading docks to streamline logistics. Additional improvements include storm drain installation, exterior landscaping, and construction of a new parking lot. Together, these upgrades expanded the customer’s production capacity and created a more functional, well-supported campus environment.
