Water Reclamation Facility
Admin Office Remodel

This project modernized the interior of the Kyrene Water Reclamation Campus’s administrative facility to meet current building codes and ADA requirements. BGI reconfigured the Men’s and Women’s restrooms, showers, locker rooms, and custodian closet, while also refreshing public spaces, including offices, corridors, the breakroom, and conference room.  All interior lighting was upgraded to energy-efficient LED, and new ADA-compliant cabinetry was installed in the breakroom. Partial demolition was required to make way for the improvements, all completed while maintaining the operational integrity of this vital facility.
