Lab Tool Relocation & Fit-Up

This project involved relocating specialized test equipment from the Chandler campus to the company’s new Midway Corporate Center. To prepare the leased space, BGI completed targeted demolition and build-back in accordance with plans and owner requirements. Our team carefully decommissioned the test equipment, packaged and transported it to the new site, and coordinated unloading and placement. Fit-up included essential electrical and HVAC modifications to ensure proper installation and functionality of the equipment. The result was a seamless transition of critical assets, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid resumption of operations in the new facility.
