This three-phase project was designed to ease congestion on surrounding streets while strengthening security for the Salt River Project campus.  Phase I included a new masonry wall along the property perimeter, and expanding the parking area to accommodate more vehicles safely. Phase II enhanced security at the building level with the installation of a Beta Fence around Building 1. Access control was improved with two vehicle crash gates, 12 pedestrian security gates, three double turnstiles, and two main entry vehicle gates. Phase III tied it all together, transforming the exterior environment with new parking areas, reconfigured layouts, landscaped islands, upgraded lighting, and refreshed striping and signage.
