Renovation of 8 Restrooms

The project was an update of fixtures, finishes, and accessories in 8 restrooms on 2 floors of the Maricopa County Department of Transportation Building.  Coordination with the Owner and phasing was crucial to ensure that some restrooms on each floor remained operational throughout the refresh. Scope included demo, drywall, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, fire alarm & sprinklers, plumbing, and electrical work.
