3rd Floor Renovation

This downtown Phoenix renovation transformed a grey-shell 3rd floor into a fully finished, modern office space. BGI built out all-new interior walls, updated the mechanical and electrical systems, and modified the fire alarm system to meet new needs. The space now features fresh finishes throughout—new paint, flooring, ceilings, lighting, and casework. We also completely renovated the restrooms with new plumbing, fixtures, partitions, counters, and accessories. The build-out included new doors and hardware, updated signage, a sound-masking system, and sleek new kitchenette appliances to complete the upgrade.
