Exterior Refresh | Truss Repair

This repair project tackled extensive weather damage with a focus on both structure and finish. We removed and replaced compromised wall and soffit sheathing, a deteriorated wood truss, garage ceiling, fascia at the gables, and damaged perimeter fascia. To reinforce the building, BGI fabricated and installed new steel connector plates and patched the soffit all the way around. To boost energy efficiency and durability, we installed new R-30 insulation and fresh joint sealant at all exterior connections. Cracks in the stucco were carefully patched, and the entire building got a fresh coat of paint, restoring its strength, appearance, and weather resistance from top to bottom.
