Warehouse Building #5

BGI delivered this Design/Build warehouse and loading dock project with a full scope of site, structural, and interior improvements. Civil and foundation work laid the groundwork for a durable shell and exterior features including a metal canopy, loading dock, and parking areas. Inside, the facility was enhanced with an office mezzanine, break room, restrooms, and product storage—creating a balanced space that supports both operations and employee needs.
