1st Floor Tenant Improvement

A thoughtful transformation, tailored for better use of every square foot, this project was a modification and improvement to the building’s first floor. The open-office layout was reconfigured to include new workstations, a dedicated conference room, locksmith’s workshop, and cage area for storage, creating a more organized and productive workspace. An existing sally port was integrated and converted into a secure locked storage facility. The upgrades also featured new lighting, an updated diffuser layout for improved airflow, and all-new finishes that give the space a clean, modern feel.
