With its striking architecture and mix of roof styles, the Tempe Center for the Arts called for a contractor with extensive expertise in CMAR delivery—and BGI delivered. We replaced both low-slope membrane roofing and steep-slope metal roofing across more than 84,000 SF, all while preserving the facility’s distinctive look. This project demanded precise craftsmanship and an unwavering focus on detail to meet the high standards of a 5-year no-leak labor warranty and a 20-year manufacturer’s materials warranty.
