Tempe Library
2nd Floor Reconfiguration
Full demolition and rebuilding of office space and two conference rooms—designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. The new layout included sound batt insulation within drywall partitions and above the acoustic ceiling to reduce noise transfer, plus new doors, fresh paint, and carpeting throughout. We also modified the fire alarm and sprinkler systems to fit the new layout and installed new windows in one of the conference rooms to bring in natural light.

“Good Afternoon Gary, Thank you! You and your team have done an outstanding job on the Tempe Library spaces on the second floor. The office space is still in the works, but I wanted you to know how much we appreciate your professionalism and your crew's work. One of the tidiest construction sites I’ve ever seen. Many thanks for your assistance on our project and for your hard work.”
