This multi-site Demolition Job Order Contract included 53 parcels and was focused on residential properties located within the Sky Harbor Airport flight paths. Each home, averaging 1,500 SF, was carefully demolished, including the removal of foundations, concrete slabs, fencing, and overgrown vegetation. Septic tanks, storm drains, pipes, conduit, etc were excavated and removed. Once cleared, the lots were graded and capped with washed river rock to stabilize the soil and control dust, leaving the properties clean, secure, and airport compliant.
